I spent most of my footy career just doing what everyone else was doing in the gym - body part splits, random HIIT circuits, a bit of cardio here and there. It wasn’t until the back end of my career that I started training in a way that actually aligned with my goals, that things started to click.

Once I brought in proper mobility work, strength through full range, smart load management, and dialled in my recovery, I moved better, felt better, and played better than I had in years. I was 32-33 and playing some of the best footy of my life.
